Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Yes, boobs. Oh gee. What'cha gonna do? I know I may get a couple comments on Hold Your Colour saying "Oh, ho, ho! This should have mature content filter on!" Well you know what? We're born naked, we bathe naked, we have sex naked (though not always). I think a couple of bare breasts are not going to cause a poor little 12 year old kid to have eye hemorrhages. Their little brains are not going to esplode. I hate being in my gallery and seeing my work replaced by a little "mature content" symbol. Sure, if I happened to draw some mad, romping sex, I'd put it in mature content. But you see more breasts on television then on dA these days, yet art is supposed to be the freedom of expression, isn't it? So what if I want to express how much I love drawing breasts without having them covered up? Huh? Well you know what? I just might not click that "mature content" box. I might just hold my colours.
